notice speech patterns. notice how often men will interrupt or brush over women when speaking. notice how often white people will cut off and speak over poc. point it out. at first they will act like you have overreacted- like it isnt true. point it out again and again until they notice. point it out so it stays in the back of their minds and hopefully they learn
